At paid launch the verified order service sends the download. On Windows use SETUP-WINDOWS.bat once, then START-HERE.bat. On macOS/Linux use the commands above. Normal launch does not run pip. Then open → http://localhost:8000/ — Dashboard + API + the 6-stage pipeline ready. Use the offline engine or Ollama to keep work local; connecting a cloud provider sends prompts to that provider.
